NON-COALITION MEMBERS OF ARMENIAN NA COUNTING BOARD TO APPLY TO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OVER GAS AGREEMENTS

The Armenian Parliament's Counting Board intends to apply to the
Constitutional Court before the first four-day parliamentary session
of 2014, to start on February 3.
The Counting Board members intend to appeal the ratification of the
Armenian-Russian gas agreements, Armenian National Congress (ANC)
parliamentary group member Lyudmila Sargsyan told Tert.am.
At the Counting Board's meeting on December 26, 2013, she was elected
Board chairwoman by four of the Boards members.
"This document is of paramount importance. So it needs most serious
grounds," she said.
The Counting Board have no problems with the terms for their
application to the Constitutional Court, Ms Sargsyan added.
