MONUMENT EXPERTS TO PUBLISH BOOK SERIES ON ARMENIAN GENOCIDE CENTENNIAL

YEREVAN, JANUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. The Research on Armenian Architecture
(RAA) NGO will publish book series consisting of 36 volumes on the
100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. As reports "Armenpress"
the Head of the Research on Armenian Architecture (RAA) NGO Samvel
Karapetyan stated this at the course of the press conference held
on January 17. In addition Samvel Karapetyan noted that they will
publish 2-3 volumes in 2015.
Among other things the Head of the Research on Armenian Architecture
(RAA) NGO Samvel Karapetyan underscored: "We are considering
publication of book series, which will introduce 70 provinces of the
Western Armenia in 36 volumes."
Also the Head of the Research on Armenian Architecture (RAA) NGO
Samvel Karapetyan noted that the first volume will be dedicated to
the Hayots Dzor (Armenian Valley) Province of the State of Vaspurakan
in the Greater Armenia. "This choice is mainly conditioned with the
fact that this is where the Armenian progenitor Hayk established his
fortress," Karapetyan emphasized.
