Armenian businessman buys abandoned aqua park in Moscow

Karapetyan's company, which is 29th in the Forbes rankings, plans to
construct a multifunctional complex - with stores, offices, and

The total area of the future building comprises 125,000 square meters,
and it is planned to be put into operation in 2015, Forbes reports.
