EX-DIRECTOR GENERAL OF ARMENTEL IGOR KLIMKO WANTED BY POLICE

A criminal case was opened in connection with misuse committed by
high-ranking officials of ArmenTel CJSC. An investigation is underway,
Aysor.am was informed by Armenia's National Security Service.
Pastinfo news agency reported that former director general of ArmenTel
CJSC Igor Klimko is wanted by the police on suspicion of misuse of
10-15 billion drams.
Klimko has been wanted since February 2014. A person was detained
during the investigation. According to Pastinfo, he is also a
former employee of ArmenTel Company. He was detained abroad and his
extradition to Armenia is now being considered.
