AZERBAIJAN CONTACTS ICRC ON ISSUE OF CAPTURED DIVERSIONIST

The Azerbaijani authorities have contacted the International Committee
of the Red Cross (ICRC) in connection with the Azerbaijani diversionist
Shahbaz Guliyev's capture by Armenia. Head of communication programs
of the ICRC Yerevan Office Zara Amatuni confirmed this to Panorama.am.
On July 10, Armenian servicemen foiled the attempt of Azerbaijani
forces to infiltrate the Armenian positions. Guliyev Shahbaz Jalaloglu,
an Azerbaijani diversionist, was captured. Another diversionist was
killed yesterday.
