The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that the Azerbaijanis recently
detained on the occupied territories by the Armenian military were
not soldiers, Day.az reports.
The ministry added that prohibiting movement on territories of
Azerbaijan was impossible. The Defense Ministry reminded that it
would not use civilians for any operation.
