Ruben Hayrapetyan criticizes staff policy of Armenia's President

Chairman of the Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan seems
to have eaten 'lion's heart'. For already second time he strictly
criticizes the staff policy of the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
The first case was days ago when he state that Minister of Sports and
Youth Affairs has nothing to do with sports. The second time was in an
interview where he particularly said, "I think there are many
ministers who will one day understand that they are a shame for the
country." More probably he meant Transport and Communication Minister
Gagik Beglaryan. Does it mean that many of the appointed government
members appointed by Serzh Sargsyan are shame of our country?
More probably Ruben Hayrapetyan is right as when you start getting
acquainted with their biography and activity you are getting convinced
in it.
