ARMENIA TO HOST VANGUARD INTERNATIONAL YOUTH SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
YEREVAN, June 11, /ARKA/. ArmenTel telecom (trading as Beeline) and
the Russian-Armenian Youth Unity non-governmental organization have
announced the first International Youth Short Film Festival "Vanguard"
in Armenia.
The event will be held from 12 to 14 September 2014. The competition
program is divided into two parts and includes the following
nominations: "The Best Film", "The Best Director" and "Special Jury
Prize" for international competition and "The Best Film" and "The
Best Director" for the national competition.
The event is expected to draw students from universities of Russia,
Armenia, CIS and Baltic countries. The jury comprises well-known
representatives of the Russian cinema. The festival is supported by
the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia.
Applications will be accepted until September 1, 2014. More information
