LAVROV WILL GO TO ARMENIA

The Russian foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, is to make an official
two-day visit to Armenia. The trip is planned for June 22-23.
The head of the Russian foreign policy department will be accepted
by the head of state Serzh Sargsyan, negotiations between the foreign
ministers of the two countries will take place.
On the agenda the discussion of the process of implementation of
the agreements reached during the visit of the Russian President in
December 2013, the allied relations between two countries, deepening
of military cooperation and the process of membership of Armenia in
the EurAsian Union.
Questions of expansion of trade and economic ties, as well as
decentralized cooperation will be discussed.
The parties will also discuss the efforts of the Minsk OSCE
group directed at advancing negotiations on a settlement of the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Trend reports.
