ARMENIAN GENOCIDE RECOGNITION YOUTH MOVEMENT TO BE LAUNCHED

YEREVAN. - An Armenian Genocide international recognition world youth
movement will be formed.
The aforementioned was noted at Friday's meeting between the members
of the newly formed "Ahead of Armenian Genocide 100th Anniversary"
youth committee, Ministry of Diaspora Chief of Staff Firdus Zakaryan,
and Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Deputy Director Suren Manukyan.
The youth presented the new challenges in the lead-up to the centennial
of the Genocide, and the preservation of the Armenian identity in
the diaspora was at the focus of numerous questions.
The objective of this program is to raise the level of Armenian
Genocide awareness among youth and international organizations.
As a result, the Armenian Genocide International Recognition and
Condemnation World Youth Movement is expected to be formed.
