HRAPARAK: LAVROV DID NOT MEET WITH ARMENIAN PM

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov did not meet with Armenian
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan during his recent visit to Armenia,
Hraparak writes.
"Russia was dissatisfied with the Armenian PM's statement ruling out
the possibility of a customs checkpoint between Nagorno-Karabakh and
Armenia and links Nazarbayev's demands, in the form of Aliyev's letter,
to that statement," the newspaper says.
According to the newspaper's sources, this issue will be discussed
with Hovik Abrahamyan during his visit to Moscow in September.
