Heritage Party Vice Chairman refrains from making detailed comment on
Raffi Hovannisian's meeting with Gagik Tsarukyan

Heritage Party Vice Chairman Armen Martirosyan refrains from making
detailed comment on Heritage Paryt Leader Raffi Hovannisian's meeting
with Gagik Tsarukyan, Leader of Prosperous Armenia Party, as
discussions on many issues are continued so far.

The two party leaders met on 14 March to discuss the political
situation in Armenia and the way to make changes in the country
through consolidation of broad layers of the population and political
forces. The sides agreed to continue the consultations.

Talking to ArmInfo, Martirosyan said that Hovannisian and Tsarukyan
agreed on a range of issues and faced no intractable disagreements.

"Both the sides realize that to find a solution to the current heavy
social, economic and political situation, we need consolidation of the
political forces and the civil society," he said. The politician could
not say if the political forces will refuse from their ambitions to
achieve a full consensus. "Anyway, all the parties have already
realized that to save Armenia they must combine efforts. They are
determined to work constructively," he said.

The 4 non-coalition parliamentary forces are holding debates to form a
single political agenda and conduct a vote of no confidence to the
Armenian Government. On March 11 Gagik Tsarukyan met with ANC
representatives. Earlier, he met with members of ARFD. Such meetings
of the four parties are continuous.
