HAYKAKAN ZHAMANAK: ARMENIAN ENVOY CONGRATULATES RUSSIA ON CRIMEA'S RETURN

The Armenian consul general in St Petersburg is said to have
congratulated the Russian nation on the return of Crimea.
At a meeting with Andrey Turchak, the acting governor of Russia's Pskov
region, Hrayr Karapetyan has highly praised the high level cooperation
between the two countries, the paper says, citing Pskov.ru. "Friendship
does not require common borders," both officials were quoted as saying.
