ZHOGHOVURD: KOCHARYAN MEETS WITH PROSPEROUS ARMENIA LEADER IN GENEVA

The paper says it has learned from sources that Armenia's second
President Robert Kocharyan met with the Prosperous Armenia party's
leader, Gagik Tsarukyan, in Geneva about a fortnight ago.
The sources have reportedly said that the latest political developments
in Armenia were the purpose and topic of the meeting.
But both politicians' press secretaries declined to give further
details when contacted for comments, according to the paper.
Tsarukyan's spokesperson, Iveta Tonoyan, said reportedly that she
wasn't aware of any such meeting, while Victor Soghomonyan, the former
president's press secretary, promised to give an answer a day later.
The next day, however, Soghomonyan said he had clarified everything,
adding that he would not mind if the report went public without
his comment.
