AZERBAIJAN SHOULD FIRST RECOGNIZE KARABAKH INDEPENDENCE: PM

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 3, ARMENPRESS: The international recognition of
the Nagorno Karabakh Republic depends on the circumstance, how much
the superpowers are interested in the realization of it and how much
ready they are to make such a decision. The Prime Minister of Artsakh
Ara Harutyunyan stated about it during the meeting with the students
at the University of Economics of Armenia, answering the question of
one of the students.
"It will be better if the independence of Artsakh is recognized by
3-4 countries, for example, Azerbaijan in the first place, Russia,
the United States, France, Armenia than 50-60 countries, which do
not have any political or economic impact on the Artsakh fate", -
said Ara Harutyunyan, Armenpress reports.
