SAHAKYAN: ARMENIA'S PROGRESS CAN NEVER BE AT KARABAKH'S EXPENSE

"Of course, we expect that on October 10 Armenia will sign the
agreement on joining the Eurasian Economic Union and the country
will become a member of the Union in January 2015," the head of the
parliamentary committee on state and legal affairs Hovhannes Sahakyan
told reporters.
In his words, Armenia's progress can never occur at the expense
of Karabakh. "This is the response to the talk that Armenia's
membership in the Eurasian Economic Union endangers Nagorno Karabakh's
independence" Sahakyan said.
