HAYKAKAN ZHAMANAK: AUTHOR OF ANTI-ARMENIAN REPORT CANNOT VISIT NKR, OFFICIAL SAYS

If the representative of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of
Europe (PACE) who prepared the report, titled "Escalation of Violence
in Nagorno-Karabakh and the Other Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan"
tries to visit Nagorno-Karabakh, the NKR authorities will not permit
him to enter the country, spokesman for Nagorno-Karabakh President
David Babayan told Haykakan Zhamanak. In his words, if the Assembly
changes the title of the report, this will to some extent mitigate
the situation and the attitude of the Karabakh leadership.
