S. Sargsyan: I wish that Azerbaijanis also study at UWC Dilijan University

During the opening ceremony of UWC Dilijan College, Armenian President
Serzh Sargsyan said he is not against Azerbaijan youths' studies at
Armenian educational institutions.
"I sincerely wish that Azerbaijani students also study at this
college. I am sure that this day will come and I wish it happen as
soon as possible," the president said.
In his words, Armenia is not going to compete with someone in natural resources.
"One cannot use Earth interior endlessly. We have chosen another path
- we will consistently develop human capital," Serzh Sargsyan stated.
He said Armenia shows the world not oil and caviar, but the
Matenadaran Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, the Tumo Center for
Creative Technologies, and Dilijan College.
Among those present at the ceremony was Serbian President Tomislav
Nikolic who is on an official visit to Armenia. He congratulated
everyone on UWC Diligan College's opening and wished success to the
college students.
UWC Dilijan College is a private charitable project initiated by
Co-head of Sberbank CIB Ruben Vardanyan. The project's cost is $150
million. The college is designed for 650 students and 60 teachers.
