With the decree of the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan
Commander Shahen Meghryan has been granted title of Artsakh National
Hero (post-mortal).
Today in Artsakh Tonashen in the Yeghnikner military unit the monument
to Shahen Meghryan has been unveiled.
Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan and other officials as well as
friends of Shahen Meghryan attended the event.
