UC Berkeley Armenian Alumni Association (UCBAA): Film Screening - "I
Left My Shoes in Istanbul"
Berkeley University of California has issued tha following news release:

Ô²Õ¡ÖÕ¥Õ¾Õ¶Õ¥Ö Cal Armenian Alumni, students, and friends!
The UCBAA proudly presents a chance to see Nigol Bezjian's full length
film, "I Left My Shoes in Istanbul" at the Delancey Screening Room in
San Francisco on October 26th. The film, which is based on true
experiences, follows Sako Arian, a Lebanese Armenian poet, on his
first visit to Istanbul as he attempts to trace his cultural and
literary roots. It is a story of culture, heritage, and self discovery
and has been exhibited at numerous film festivals throughout the
world.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director of the film,
Nigol Bezjian, who will be joining us via Skype.
We encourage everyone to buy tickets in advance through the UCBAA page.
