FULL NEGOTIATION FORMAT SHOULD BE RESTORED, ARTSAKH CLAIMS

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Spokesman for the President of the Artsakh Republic
Davit Babayan said there are two preconditions for final NK conflict
settlement.
"First of all, we should restore the full format of the negotiation
process - official Stepanakert does not take part in it. It's not
right to determine our fate without us. The second precondition is
the review of Azerbaijan's approach", he said.
Davit Babayan noted that Azerbaijan's rhetoric and steps and the
tension ahead of Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting do not provide a ground for
us to expect a breakthrough.
"However, we value any initiative since such meetings grant us a
chance to preserve peace and stability", he said.
