    BAD NEWS FOR HOVIK ABRAHAMYAN

The Hraparak has informed that the Armenian ambassadors have been
told to make efforts to improve the international reputation of Hovik
Abrahamyan. "Ambassadors are under pressure to arrange a "normal"
European visit for Abrahamyan to shut ill mouths. And though the
European states, as well as the EU leadership are not eager to host
him, they have decided to organize a light reception at the EPP in the
capacity of deputy president of the Republican Party of Armenia, take
his pictures with a couple of officials and issue a press release. The
visit is planned in the next ten days."

Hovik Abrahamyan has recently "reproached" the Armenian ambassadors,
calling them to attract investments to Armenia. However, the
ambassadors could not do anything because after September 3 no Western
company will invest in Armenia. Because making investments in Armenia
means indirectly supporting Russia which is currently under Western
    sanctions.

On the other hand, the Armenian foreign ministry has lost its role
as a sovereign agency and an implementer of an independent foreign
policy, and the huge amounts of money spent on this agency need to be
justified. From this point of view, Hovik Abrahamyan's demands are
reasonable: if they cannot bring money for the country, they should
at least work for his image.

However, the ambassadors will not succeed even if they are eager to.

The point is that after September 3 the embassy of one of the leading
Western states to Armenia has prepared the "political profiles" of the
Armenian "establishment" - high-ranking officials, ministers, members
of parliament, governmental and non-governmental personalities which
are at the disposal of international financial and other organizations
    that are related to Armenia.

These dossiers are based on not only Armenian press reports but also
serious surveys have been conducted by non-Armenian specialists. They
contain detailed information on the biography, activities, property,
the origin of property of these people, corruption and other crimes
    committed by them.

Moreover, a psychoanalytical study and assessment of representatives
of the Armenian "establishment" has been provided.

It is not just Wikileaks but full dossiers.

For the time being, it is not known for what purposes they will be used
but there is no need to doubt that the conclusions are not in favor
of the Armenian "establishment". They are currently circulated and the
interested organizations have the full profiles of Armenian officials.

It goes without saying that Hovik Abrahamyan's dossier holds a very
    "honorary" place.

If formerly there was indulgent attitude and diplomatic delicacy to
the Armenian "establishment", after the September 3 decision "good
    times" are gone.

In addition, to the surprise of the "establishment", Russia also had
a similar attitude but in more rough ways.

Hence, there is no need to disturb our ambassadors. Moreover, the
ministry of foreign affairs can be liquidated, saving a lot of money
    to pay salaries and pensions.
