PARIS MEETING OF ALIYEV AND SARGSYAN: HOPE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS
Vestnik Kavkaza, Russia

28 October 2014 - 10:59am
The third meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia Ilham
Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan in the last three months, devoted to a
peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, took place in
Paris today. Francois Hollande welcomed the presidents as the head
of a country which cochairs the OSCE Minsk Group.
This round of the Karabakh negotiations could go down in history as
one of the most closed: after the meeting the parties didn't make
any statements - representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group and Francois
Hollande refrained from making statements.
