Armenia's budget sees a continuing decrease in the money transfers
from Russia in the wake of the western powers' sanctions against the
country.
Citing the Central Bank, the paper says that the total transfers
amounted to $168,737 in July, $11.9 million less compared to the same
period of last year.
The paper notes that the difference is almost twice higher in
comparison with June.
In the meantime, bank transfers by physical entities dropped by about
$9 million to $194,744, says the paper, adding that remittances from
the United States have increased instead by $2.4 million (amounting to
$ 9,724,000).
