Greek President to visit Armenia

Yerevan, September 5. /Mediamax/. President of Greece Karolos
Papoulias will visit Armenia in the near future.
As Mediamax reports, at the meeting within NATO Summit in Newport, the
day before Armenian and Greek Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandian and
Evangelos Venizelos discussed the preparation works aimed at the
President's visit to Yerevan.
According to the press-release disseminated by the press-service of
the Armenian Foreign Ministry, the parties exchanged opinions over the
development of Armenian-Greek relations and stressed the importance of
cooperation within international organizations.
The FMs touched upon the peace process of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Highly assessing the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs aimed
at the peace process of the conflict the Greek FM offered his full
support to them.
