'Iravunk' paper says that representatives of all the factions
of Armenia's National Assembly participated in the conference
on constitutional reforms that was organized by Heritage faction
yesterday.
"Everyone was present except Zaruhi Postanjyan. This fact confirms
press reports about differences between the Heritage faction head
Ruben Hakobyan and Zaruhi Postanjyan. It is noteworthy that even the
presence of Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannisian did not make Z.
Postanjyan attend the conference. She does not want to read the
program of constitutional reforms," the paper writes.
