ARAM I: THE ARMENIAN STATE HAS NUMEROUS PROBLEMS RELATED TO CRIMES, ILLEGAL PHENOMENA AND SHORTAGE OF JUSTICE

The Armenian state has numerous problems related to crimes, illegal
phenomena and shortage of justice, Aram I, Head of the Catholicosate
of the Great House of Cilicia, said at V Armenia-Diaspora Forum.
"However, it does not mean that we should turn our back on the
Motherland. We should help Armenia to gain fair settlement of
the Karabakh conflict and to achieve recognition of the Armenian
Genocide in Ottoman Turkey", he said. Aram I also stressed the need
to strengthen the Armenia-Diaspora-Artsakh relations even more.
