AZERBAIJAN GUARANTEES SAFETY OF ARMENIAN ATHLETES AT EUROPEAN GAMES IN BAKU

Azerbaijani Minister for Youth and Sports Azad Ragimov has guaranteed
Armenian athletes security at the 2015 European Games in Baku and
readiness to help with all visa issues, Trend reports.
Armenia has not confirmed readiness to take part in the Games.
The European Olympic Committee granted Baku the right to host the first
Games in December 2012. 20 competitions in 16 types of Olympic and 4
non-Olympic sports will be held. Over 6,000 athletes will participate
in competitions for 17 days.
