Hraparak: Suren Khachatryan promises to "skin" community heads

'Hraparak' paper says that unlike some of the regional community heads
who are supporters of governor Suren Khachatryan, others are appalled
by his return. These people dared to speak about Syunik province
governor's shortcomings during his temporary resignation, the paper
notes.
'Hraparak' wrote earlier that Suren Khachatryan learned about it and
he personally called those community heads and told them that on his
return he would "strip the skin off" them.
