Esabelle Dingizian third Vice President of the Swedish Parliament
Esabelle Dingizian was named third vice-president of Risksag (Swedish
Parliament) under the label of the Greens.
Member of Parliament since 2006, re-elected in 2010, Esabelle
Dingizian was born in Baghdad on September 16 1962, daughter of the
businessman Krikor Dingizian, his family emigrated to Sweden in 1965.
She was a member of the Committee on Culture and alternate member of
the Labour Commission.
After the 2010 election she became MP for the Defence Committee and
the Committee on Education. She is also spokesperson of the youth
policy of the Green Party.
Very young, realizing that women and men were treated differently
Esabelle Dingizian is engaged in a fight against a situation and
significant gender gap, especially observed in the economy, politics,
war, power, resources and even sexuality.
