NAGORNO-KARABAKH REPUBLIC WELCOMES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM
STEPANAKERT, April 3, /ARKA/ Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has welcomed
the framework agreement on Iran's nuclear program.
"We welcome the framework agreement around the Iranian nuclear program
and the parties' commitment to reach comprehensive settlement on its
basis. We are convinced that this step will contribute to the efforts
towards strengthening the stability and security in the region,
Nagorno-Karabakh foreign minister Karen Mirzoayn said today.
On Late Thursday the framework agreement was welcomed by Armenian
foreign minister Edward Nalbandian who said the agreement will
contribute to the strengthening of stability and cooperation in
the region.
Iran and six world powers agreed to 'key parameters' for a preliminary
deal involving Tehran's nuclear program Thursday, following eight
days of talks in Lausanne, Switzerland.
European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini and Iran's
Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif announced the measure, saying
enough progress had been reached to continue the negotiations until
a final deadline of June 30.-0-
