General Manvel's Horse Will Be Appointed Governor

A reshuffle is happening on these days, and the public was especially
interested in the appointment of Gagik Tsarukyan's son-in-law and
Hovik Abrahamyan's son's brother-in-law as governor of Kotayk. There
is one conclusion - Serzh Sargsyan gave a consolatory prize to Gagik
Tsarukyan for abandoning politics. Or, it was one of the conditions of
his departure. The ex-governor will be appointed as head of the Water
Board not to be left unemployed.
It is said that soon several other governors will leave office.
For what merits people are asking?
Merits? What? Armenia is not a state and the groups which have usurped
government have nothing to do with its problems. Such problems are not
advisable for them. Hence, appointments to government offices are
based on internal agreements and have specific purposes. As to what
those purposes are, the studies of the Control Chamber about misuse of
70% of the treasury and the daily deteriorating situation in Armenia
on the backdrop of these groups, will tell us.
Against such a "human resource strategy" the appointment of General
Manvel's horse would be a fresh and original step. A horse is not a
corrupt animal and it will not misuse public funds. In addition, on
the backdrop of the Armenian business and government elite the horse
will stand out with its majesty and nobility.
