The ISIS leaders aim to supply Azerbaijan with arms through the
territories of Turkey and Georgia, the article published on the

According to the information, Omad al-Heydar, the commander of the
northern districts of Samarra, Iraq, said in an interview to the
radio station Aktuell that Ali Saleh Ebrahim Abdolmoumen, the uncle
of the leader of the Islamic State Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, following
his arrest in the district of Samarra, had confessed that they aimed
to transfer arms to Azerbaijan through the territories of Turkey and
Georgia and focus them at the outskirts of the town Zaqatala.
