Cruel and Demonstrative Beating

Today the participants of the Goris-Stepanakert car march of the
Founding Parliament and the NRK citizens who had arrived at Zabukh to
greet them were beaten. The incident arouses questions.
Judging by the available information, the citizens of Armenia and NKR
did not do anything to cause tension. For example, when some
plainclothes people and policemen blocked the road and forced the cars
to stop, Zhirair Sefilyan, member of the Founding Parliament, got off
his car and talked to them and they said the cars were not allowed to
continue their way. Once they said so, as the spokesman for the
Founding Parliament Varuzhan Avetisyan said, and the participants were
going to turn back home, the police and the mob attacked and stated
beating people.
In other words, the cars would turn back and everything would be over.
Similarly, they could have had returned those who had arrived from
Stepanakert, hence there was no need to beat anyone as nobody resisted
and caused trouble.
It turns out that the car march was just an opportunity for the
implementation of the objective of outright demonstrative assault on
citizens. In other words, demonstration of force to everyone is the
purpose, which is the only argument of the government.
