Armenia MOD: Azerbaijan impudence will not go unpunished

    12:15, 06.02.2015

YEREVAN. - The adversary continued violating the ceasefire on late
Thursday night and early Friday morning.

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, the Press Secretary of the Minister of Defense
of Armenia, told about the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He noted that the Azerbaijani side had fired around 200 shots, and
primarily in the direction of Armenian villages, whereas the Armenian
side had mostly responded to the shooting.

As a result of the gunfire, however, a civilian from Nerkin
Karmraghbyur border village of Armenia's Tavush Region had died.

"Azerbaijan's impudence will not go unpunished. But we, [Armenia,]
unlike them, do not have a fight with civilians," Hovhannisyan added.

To note, this is the second time this week, when an Armenian civilian
is affected by the adversary shooting. Levon Andreasyan, 85, who was
wounded on Wednesday by Azerbaijani sniper shots and while working on
his garden in Movses village of Armenia's Tavush Region, is currently
at the intensive care unit of the Armenia MOD Central Clinical
Military Hospital in capital city Yerevan.
