10:49, 9 February, 2015
YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 9, ARMENPRESS: The president of Azerbaijan Ilham
Aliyev refuses to commit to principle of non use of force and threat of
force for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution. The Spokesperson
of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Tigran
Balayan made a note in his twitter account about it, responding to
the speech of Aliyev at the Munich Security Council.
"At the Munich Security Council the president of Azerbaijan presented
his own distorted perceptions on the self-determination principle.
Ilham Aliyev refuses to commit to 3 principles of non use of force and
threat of force for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution, proposed
by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs," wrote Balayan, Armenpress reports.
In Munich Aliyev again tried to mislead the international community,
presenting his own approaches on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, which
do not correspond to the reality, stating that the Armenian side is
to blame for the tension on the border and for the conflict settlement
delay and stated that Armenia ignores the mediators' efforts.
