KARABAKH MOVEMENT FIRST-EVER 'ANTHROPOCENTRIC' MOVEMENT IN WORLD - ASHOT MANUCHARYAN

Something that had never occurred in the world before happened in
Armenia 27 years ago - an "anthropocentric movement," which was
appreciated 5-6 years later, after the war ended in 1994, public and
political figure Ashot Manucharyan told reporters on Thursday.
The Artsakh movement accounts for many other phenomena in Armenia.
First, it was the first-ever congress of democratic forces in the
post-soviet area, first-ever alternative elections in the post-soviet
area and in Eastern Europe.
