What did the hunting dogs search out when following the traces of
Permyakov? (Series of photos)

Aravot.am visited Gyumri, Miasnikyan Street of Artsakh district, where
in the house No. 188, the Avetisyans family of 7 members were brutally
killed. Note that currently, the house is surrounded by police,
Armenian and Russian criminologists and investigators are working
together inside the house, in the scene. As said by the neighbors,
Valerie Permyakov will be brought to the scene a bit later or tomorrow
in the morning. The neighbors assume that perhaps, they fear to bring
Permyakov in the daytime to avoid people seeing him and break down his
head. PrevPhotoNextPhoto However, the neighbors cannot figure it out
why the Avetisyans' intelligent and mannerly family members were
killed. They had been modest living people, the men of the family were
going for migrant work, while the landlady, Hasmik, was sometimes
selling fruits in the market with her sisters, two of the daughters
were married, one in Yerevan and the other in village Voghji, Amasia
region, while the murdered daughter was not married and was working in
the flower-garden for years, and the daughter-in-law was taking care
of the little ones. The neighbors argue that they have never seen
military men or generally people dressed in military uniform in their
neighborhood and are taken aback by how the so-called Permyakov has
appeared in their district. The men of the neighborhood are sure that
perpetrator is well-informed about the map of Gyumri, in particular,
he knows by heart the specifics of their district. All neighborhood
residents unanimously say that the three hunting dogs have found
Permyakov's footprints from their district to Strommash area and the
Gyurmi nursing home. "Our house is 5 houses down the Avetisyans house,
the hunting dogs went by our house, on the way, there is a playground,
from the playground they turned to the left and came out to the
nursing home, from the nursing home they reached "Karo" Market and the
trace was lost here," described one of the men of the neighborhood. If
Permyakov had gone near the shop, then according to neighbors, there
was a camera, which would fix him. According to them, many villagers
of the district do not know this roundabout and confusing roads that
take to the nursing home. The dogs lost the criminal's footprint near
"Karo" shop, or somebody has met him, or he has got into a taxi and
left. The neighbors are very frightened by what has happened, the
neighbor in front of them, as well Avetisyans uncle 's daughter living
at the same address left the district. One of the men said that he was
having the fear of family members diffused all day long. "The
journalists asked my grandchild whether he is afraid, he has replied
that when closing his eyes to sleep, he sees Permyakov." The men of
the neighborhood rule out the hypothesis that the man of the family,
Seryozha Avetisyan, has worked in Chita and was familiar with
Permyakov since then, and that the latter was often visiting
Avetisyans' house. According to them, Seryozha Avetisyan had gone to
Anapa for migrant job and two or three times a year he was going back
and forth to Anapa. "We close the doors even during the daytime, which
we were not doing earlier and when there is a firework, we almost lose
our consciousness," said one of the neighbors. Another woman said that
they are afraid to pass by Avetisyans doors to get to the shop and do
shopping. According to them, Avetisyans family had owes to the shop,
for example, currently, they have a debt of twelve thousand drams for
bread, and although the men of the family were going to migrant job,
anyway, they were cheated and have not earned money. Father and the
son were back from Russia in December to celebrate the New Year and
then go back. According to our interlocutors, the Seryozha had no
enemies, nor money and nor from the underground world so that his
family would have serious reason for being brutally murdered.
Grandparents of Avetisyans' daughter-in-law were living with the aunt
a few houses away, but they were reluctant to talk to us, noting that
the media already make them frustrated by posing videos. There are
certain assumptions that someone has entered into the Avetisyans
family, so far it is proven by the footprints.
