ARMENIAN PRESIDENT POSTHUMOUSLY AWARDS SERVICEMEN KAREN GALSTYAN AND ARTAK SARGSYAN

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees posthumously
awarding Medal of Courage to Lieutenant Karen Galstyan and Medal for
Combat Service to private Artak Sargsyan for bravery and selflessness
during the protection of the Armenian borders, the presidential press
service reported.
On January 23, Azerbaijani special units launched an attack on several
military positions in Berd, Tavush province of Armenia. Karen Galstyan
and Artak Sargsyan were killed while repelling the attack.
