NKR FOREIGN MINISTRY CALLS FOR INVESTIGATING BORDER INCIDENTS

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno Karabakh
Republic Karen Mirzoyan stated that "it was due to the Azerbaijani
authorities' destructive policy that no real progress was made in
the NK peace process over 2014".
Karen Mirzoyan said at the annual final press conference of the
Foreign Ministry that the immediate elaboration and implementation
of investigation mechanisms of incidents on the contact line will
allow revealing the real violator of the ceasefire as represented by
Azerbaijani and avoid unaddressed calls to the conflicting sides.
According to him, Azerbaijan has chosen the path of unprecedented
aggravation of situation on the NK conflict zone.
Karen Mirzoyan stressed that by these steps, Azerbaijan demonstrates
an undisguised disregard for the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and
international community in general.
