Armenia appreciates Iran's balanced position on the Nagorno-Karabakh
problem, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at a joint
press conference with visiting Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad
Zarif.
"During the talks I briefed my counterpart on the efforts by Armenia
and the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries aimed at achieving an
exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflict," Nalbandian said.
Mohammad Javad Zarif said for his part that Iran stands for a peaceful
settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and his country is in
favor of peace and stability in the regional countries.
