3925.33 ha of forest land areas in Syunik Region have been allotted
to "Zangezour" Biospheric Complex SNCO, as First Deputy Agriculture
Minister Grisha Baghiyan informed in his letter in reply to the letter
filed by Arthur Ghazaryan, Chairman of "Union for Protecting Employees'
Rights". The letter says,
"The calculation of damage caused to agriculture by the activities of
the SHPP constructed and to be constructed in the frames of "Support
to Renewable Energy" program is closely connected with environmental
preservation and is mostly regulated by the provisions of RA Law
"On Environmental Control"."
