NAIRIT EMPLOYEES HOLD PROTEST OUTSIDE PARLIAMENT

The main aim of the ad hoc parliamentary commission on Nairit chemical
plant is to examine all possible options for reoperation of the plant,
Vardan Ayvazyan, chairman of the commission, MP from Republican Party
of Armenia (RPA), told the Nairit employees who gathered outside the
National Assembly on Tuesday, demanding their wage arrears.
As regards their wage arrears, Ayvazyan said that this problem was
presented to the government and it must be solved without fail.
He said that members of the ad hoc parliamentary commission and
Nairit employees can meet and discuss the problems. Meanwhile,
Ayvazyan said that the commission can resolve the problems within
the scope of its power.
