HAYKAKAN ZHAMANAK: OSKANIAN TO RETAIN PARLIAMENTARY SEAT

It was decided in the political circles of Armenia that former Foreign
Minister Vartan Oskanian must not lay down his parliamentary mandate,
Haykakan Zhamanak writes, citing sources.
The newspaper notes that if the persons following him in the
proportional list get a parliamentary seat, this will be considered
as a ludicrous situation.
"These people mostly have nothing to do with politics and do not
shine with their intellectual capabilities," Haykakan Zhamanak says.
