Armenian border is open to Turkey - foreign minister

The Turkish-Armenian border is open from the Armenian side, Armenian
Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan said during his official visit to
Moscow, answering a question from an Arminfo news agency
correspondent.
Asked what conditions Armenia intended to set over opening the border,
Oskanyan said that any conditions were out of the question. "The
border is open from our side and we would like Turkey to open the
border as well and for the beginning of our relations not to require
preconditions from either side," Oskanyan said.
