NEXT OSKANIAN-MAMEDYAROV MEETING ON NOV 14

Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers met yesterday in
Paris. According to a press release of the Armenian Foreign Ministry,
under the auspice of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Armenian FM
Vartan Oskanian and his Azeri counterpart Elmar Mamedyarov continued
discussion of the new ides proposed by the co-chairs at the Moscow
get-together on October 6.
Without going into details of the new ideas, RA Foreign Ministry
informs that the next meeting of the FMs will take place within the
frameworks of the Council for Armenia-EU Cooperation in Brussels on
November 14. There the FMs will continue specifying their position
over the Nagorno Karabakh issue.
