GLOBAL WARMING HAS CAUSED NO RADICAL CLIMATE CHANGES IN ARMENIA SO FAR, DEPUTY HEALTH MINISTER SAYS

ArmInfo. Global warming has caused no radical climate changes in
Armenia so far, Deputy Health Minister Tatul Hakobyan said at a press
conference devoted to World Health Day in Yerevan, Monday.
Nevertheless, he said, definite climate changes have been recently
observed in Armenia such as temperature swings. For instance, seasonal
sediments exceed the norms and the temperature in winters is often
low for a longer period of time than before, the minister said. As
regards the expansion of diseases, the minister said it is at the
same level as last year.
