/PanARMENIAN.Net/ President-elect Serzh Sargsyan will have to change
Armenia's approaches to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Hay Dat and
Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan told a news conference
in Yerevan.
"Armenia has always been too correct. However, owing to Azerbaijan
recent deeds, Armenia should response adequately. Adoption of the
Azerbaijani resolution in the UN GA proves that Azerbaijan is not
pleased with the MG talks," he said.
The OSCE Minsk Group agrees that the Karabakh conflict should be
resolved basing on Artsakh's people right to self-determination,
according to him.
"It means that NKR's status will be determined irrelative of
Azerbaijan. Baku is discontent and there are no guarantees that
conflict will be resolved peacefully. Consequently, Armenia should
toughen its positions and Robert Kocharian's statement on possible
recognition of Nagorno Karabakh should be eyed in this aspect,"
Mr Manoyan said.
