/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia should find a way out of the situation
via political dialogue and in the framework of the law, OSCE CiO,
Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva said in Yerevan at a joint
news conference with RA FM Vartan Oskanian.
"This is the only way that will bring to stability in the country. I
understand that the post-election situation is very complicated. The
outcomes have been announced; the opposition has launched protest
actions. The OSCE/ODIHR preliminary report points out to the
shortcoming that should be addressed. The final report will be
issued in mid-April. Armenia needs time to become a true democratic
state. But I would like to emphasize that the OSCE will not build its
report on opinion of any side, either the authorities or opposition,"
Mr Kanerva said.
Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian remarked that the Nagorno
Karabakh conflict and the Armenian-Turkish relations were also
discussed during the talks, which were described as constructive
and useful.
