CEC DECIDES ORDER AND SCHEDULE OF GIVING AIR TIME TO CANDIDATES ON PUBLIC TV AND RADIO

YEREVAN, JANUARY 22, ARMENPRESS: Armenia's Central Election Commission
(CEC) defined January 21 the schedule and order of providing free
air time to presidential candidates on the Public TV and Radio.
Each of nine presidential candidates will be given free air time on
Public TV since January 23 until February 17.
Thus they will be given two minutes of free time and four minutes of
paid time on Public TV beginning from January 23 to February 11 from
5.15 pm up to 9 pm.
>From February 11 to February 16 they will be given three minutes of
free time and six minutes of paid air time and on the last day of
campaigning on January 17 they will have four minutes of free time
and 8 minutes of paid time.
The candidates will also have free and paid air time on Public Radio
from January 23 beginning from 1.30 pm and up to February 11 they
will have 4 minutes of free time. And 6 minutes of paid time.
>From February 11 they will be provided with 6 minutes of free time
daily and nine minutes of paid time and on February 17 they will have
each 8 minutes of free time and 12 minutes of paid time.
